I have placed an order and paid for the shoes that were promised for delivery on the 4th of May. This did not happen and I have had no response from any support at Safe. Mutlple emails sent and messages on the app. 1 reply on the app said it will be here next week through Canada Post but I have still not received a tracking number. I would expect communication via email or telephonically.

Ridiculous pricing, zero room for negotiation with poor snobby customer service. Nothing has changed since rebranding the store from β€˜Out of this world’ preciously. If you’re going to do sneaker consignment, I recommend sticking to Plus in other malls. Plus offers much better trade value though the price points are similar. Plus also has much more reasonable and friendlier staff. Hope Plus replaces Safe in Fairview soon.

I wish I could give ZERO! Do NOT shop here! All of these reviews are put on by the people who work for this corrupt company! Bought shoes almost a month ago. $500 down the drain. No shoes. No refund. They just take your money and run! You're better off buying from eBay or Poshmark! DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!

UPDATE: I’m absolutely shocked at the response to my review. None of that is the truth. My son never received an email or text from you saying β€œREADY FOR PICKUP. In fact the shipping number provided by you from Canada Post 2008163866910459 shows not delivered as of today!! These shoes were a Birthday gift for my son; he would have picked them up immediately if he was notified they had arrived. He would have never waited 20 days and called your store repeatedly if that was the case. You guys really need to work on your customer service and professionalism as well as integrity. I hope you do better in the future; however, we will shop elsewhere given there are other options. If SAFE has your shoes in stock, I’m sure your experience will be fine, however, if they have to be ordered from their warehouse then the service could be much, much better. We ordered shoes on April 9th and we were told it would take 8-10 business days for them to arrive at their store for pickup and that we would be notified by email. We called on the 20th as we never received an email and we’re told to wait for the email. It’s important to note that when you call the Fairview store no one picks up. We tried different days at different times to see if we could get anyone to pick up and we had no luck. Messages were left and an email sent and no one ever got back to us. This is concerning when you’ve paid almost $500 for shoes. I finally sent a message to them today on their website contact page and someone called to say the shoes had been at their store since the 15th! When we called on the 20th no one advised us they were there! They told us to wait for an email saying they were delivered to the store, which we never received. Very poor customer service and complete communication breakdown.

I’m so disappointed. Whoever runs this operation is highly unprofessional. I predict the business going under very quickly. Zero customer service. Like another person said, if the shoes are in stock, I’m sure it’s fine. We paid $500 on the website for a pair of shoes and all we have gotten is the run around for weeks. Also no refund policy tells you they can not stand behind their products. You’re better off going someplace else to avoid the aggravation. Thugs that take your money and disappear. That’s our experience.

I was quite disappointed when I realised that I can't put my money in this safe. Instead, they asked me to buy some sneakers. I was strong and refused and even offered them money to stay where they were and not steal. They said no, and I finally left. The owner of the safe was at the front office, shouting at me. He didn't even know I had gone inside. As I walked out of the store, two of them followed me and threatened to come back for me. I've now left Jinan and will never return to Shenzhen. My parents are worried for me.

Shop with safe is a new staple in our community. I am loyal to shopping fresh shoes, clothes and accessories with them! Awesome + welcoming environment. Great customer service at all locations! Fairview is my favourite of all their stores! Love when Elle is there, she always finds me the perfect shoes and gifts. I make a point of going into β€œShop with Safe” every time I go to the mall! I love seeing young entrepreneurs build something awesome! Great job to the entire SAFE team! See you soon

I want to rate my review as 2.5 stars, because my feelings are mixed split right down the middle, but there are no half stars so I’m rounding up to 3. Although I eventually received the footwear I ordered, my overall experience was very annoying. On Monday March 21st, I went to the Fairview Mall location. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I ordered the pair of shoes I wanted while at the store, with the help of one of the sales clerks. Great, easy, but then my order confirmation did not through at all. Later in the day I checked my junk folder, still nothing. I even waited a few days, and then became uneasy and worried because my purchase was over $400. I called their customer service number and someone called me back same day and I was relieved that they were able to track down my order and resend the order confirmation, this time it was received. A few weeks went by and my footwear had not arrived. I called the customer service line more than once, left messages, and received no response. So then I followed up by email, I eventually got a response and was advised that my order was expected to ship out the next day. When I followed up the following week for a tracking number I was told I would receive one once sipped… This is where I became very frustrated. The shoes were bought for a birthday present in April which at this point had already passed. When I followed up again to express my disappointment with the amount of time that had passed (at the store I was told that they should be delivered within 10 days) I asked what the delay was about, I was told that the first shoe they received from the warehouse had a broken box. I just wish there had been better communication and follow-up as I would have accepted a broken box if it meant having had the shoes in time for the birthday. Also, the initial lack of communication and then delay in order status information made me feel worried that I might have been scammed. The birthday was over a week ago, the shoes arrived today (April 19 2022). At least the parcel was packaged well and the box and shoes are in pristine condition.
