J	Jamal Hibbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how to start with this, but this place is absolutely horrible. My friend who goes by the name of "Omar" is one of the best personalities, hard working, motivated, leaders I've ever worked with. After telling me how unfairly he had been treated as an employee in the last couple of days, I quickly realized that it's the management problem most likely(although I can't judge anything until hearing both ends of the story), but based on what he told me and based on the reviews I saw in here, he was most definitely treated unfairly and I'd suggest bringing in a new team to this store for better results and faster growth. With that being said, if I'd have to rebuild and start a whole business with first person in mind, I would most definitely have Omar by my side, if you really know him in person, you'd understand exactly why I'm saying that. I won't point any fingers at anybody coz I know at the end of the day we all gotta eat, all I can say is, they definitely don't deserve someone as motivated/hard working person like him, he needs to be somewhere with a better pay honestly. Matter of fact, the only time I been to this store, he was the one guiding me and I never thought I'd see terrible reviews on here, but wow thankfully I wasn't assisted by a different person
J	Jayden Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the Yeezy slide drop, arrived at 4 AM, was 10th in line yet somehow needed up being 30th after at least 15+ ppl skipped the line. Some ppl came at the last hour and somehow managed to be in front of me so now I have to settle for glow greens when I really wanted the pures. Sad how this happened at every drop and they don’t change anything about it.
l	lmessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to JD Sports with no knowledge of shoes, staff was very informing and had the friendliest service I could ask for. Bought the Jordan 1's for my niece on her birthday and she absolutely loved it! I will be coming back to this store for sure.
O	Omar Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are so bad and rude to everyone. Latoya the manager is so disrespectful to customers and always on her phone. The Asian manager with the big lashes is so rude to everyone as well, she really needs to be taught how to deal with customers. I don’t know who hires these people. I really don’t know how the company is keeping them. I was excited to hear the jd is coming to Canada but after going to the Fairview location I was extremely disappointed. The people working there are gonna ruin the reputation of JD.
A	Aliyah Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional manager that disrespects employees in front of customers and doesnt assist when you need help. Waited for an in store release (harvest moons) and found out that most of the inventory they received was sold to another store in the mall called Safe. People were waiting in line for hours before I arrived and they only sold 10 pairs. Employees were being so rude this time and many other times I went to the store. I hope this company rethinks who they have on their team because even the manager is rude and disrespectful and needs proper training. I even was asking about a pair of shoes and the manager told me not to try and these no point. The manager is clearly in it for wrong reasons and there is some suspicious activities going on.

However, the staff were very kind and patient with us and provided us with many recommendations. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Definitely my new go to spot!

I've found all the staff, especially Latoya to be very helpful and friendly. The line-cutting when there is a shoe drop is problematic but much of that happens very early before staff are even at the store. When I raised concerns about a few people I knew had cut the line, management dealt with it right away.
D	Dave L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews are low because they are well deserved. I decided to give JD Sports a shot because I've never seen them or purchased anything from them. I purchased a pair of shoes and a shirt. I did not receive any order processing or order shipped email from them so I inquired 4 days after my purchase. The virtual agent notified me that the item was OVER SOLD and that they had to initiate a refund. So if I never followed up, they would have kept my money. Shortly after the agent notified, it was then that I received an email notifying of the over sold items. BOTH ITEMS btw. Stay away from these guys and stick to the usual proven websites.
