I waited at least 10 minutes before getting annoyed and went to find an employee in another department to ask him for help finding a size. What makes the experience even more aggravating is that there were more staff than customers in the store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to visit this outlet as the previous one I went to didn't have what I needed. I didn't get a chance to look around but it seems well organized and has decent prices. The employees at the cash were very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of boots online and they were ready for pick up the next morning. The online portal for Mark's / L'Equipeur is very easy to use. I got a great sale on some boots and they had every size in stock. I was able to use my Canadian Tire benefits which were great too. The staff working at this particular store were very pleasant to speak with and very helpful.
