I was referred to Paul at KWA. He was fantastic and helped me find the right appliance. He also gave me excellent advice on what to look for in an appliance. As well, the company is a family run business. This really shows given the level of customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending KWA.

Paul's singular focus is customer service. He picked out the perfect dishwasher (Bosch) and refrigerator (Fischer & Paykel) and hunted and found the right stove top vent for our cabinets. He is unflappable and has so much patience. You won't be disappointed. See Paul at KWA!

We live nearly 3 hours away from Toronto and discovered KWA by happenstance online. What luck! We were in the market for a new range and had our hearts set on a Capital Culinarian. When we visited the showroom Paul was amazing and confirmed that we had done our homework on selecting a quality range. He also helped us choose a reliable fridge and dishwasher, giving us knowledgeable advice that was honest and right on the money. We have had our appliances for a while now and are 100% pleased with their performance. Paul provided us with the best shopping appliance experience we ever had. I am very pleased with KWA Appliances!! I just had my new Thermador oven and gas range installed yesterday and I could not be happier. Paul was very knowledgeable, kind and patient with me. I made a big mistake on my choice of oven, but thankfully Paul was able to correct this disaster and give me the oven I should have originally ordered. KWA has a wonderful team that came to my home, (Covid safe), removed my old appliances and installed my new items. Roger, the installer, from AKA, (Anything Kitchen Appliance Inc.),was very nice and even gave me a lesson on how to use my new items. I highly recommend KWA Appliances and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Paul listened carefully to our needs for a new washer and a kitchen range and made recommendations. We felt confident that he understood our preferences and made decisions on the spot! We just completed a major renovation of the main floor of our home. The main focus was our kitchen. Haven’t shopped for appliances in over twenty years so you can only imagine our shock to the amount of options and prices out there. We were advised to drop into KWA Appliances. We met with Paul. KWA has been awesome to deal with !! I ordered appliances prior to covid. My kitchen was delayed as were a lot of things these guys are so flexible and great to work with. Forget about the big box retailers and the other big appliance stores. These gentleman priced and ordered and have been fantastic to deal with cannot say enough good things about them. I have referred 3 others to them because of their great service. Paul thank you and the rest of the guys as well. Nothing short of spectacular

We live in a 112 year old house in Arlington Virginia and wanted to replace the appliances. During the pandemic we found that none of the stores near us had appliances we needed. Every piece came from a different location in the states and Canada! We needed a vent for the stove top as it generated enough BTU's to warrant one. We landed on the one brand and model that would fit our undercabinet...Cyclone. Cyclone is based in Canada and they said they had none in stock, which meant there were no in the United States. I started to call local shops and ended up speaking to my new friend Paul, whose family runs KWA Appliances. Yes, he is proof Canadians are super friendly and polite. When we spoke he said he had just what we needed in stock and that he would ship it...YEA! Then he asked me to pay by epay. epay?!?!! I did not know what this is and learned it is a form of payment in Canada. Ug! Paul then suggested a wire bank transfer which our bank did. A week or two pass by and Paul does not get the money, however he goes a head and sends us the vent hood (YEA!). A few more weeks pass and he still did not get the money (Grrrr!! Banks!!!) I go to the bank and they botched it up. Paul then takes our credit card. Paul and his family were always nice, sweet, kind and trusting. I felt good giving them our business because I knew it was going to a great family. I wish we lived in Toronto or that we needed more appliances...either way I would like to meet him in person. In the pictures you will not see the vent hood...that is the point. It was mounted above the stove top within the cabinet. It fits perfectly and works well. Thank you Paul!
