The service was fine but the bag they gave me had the most uncomfortable handles I have ever felt in my entire life. My hands are burning thanks to this unholy bag.

Purchase a new laptop and cell phone for work. Had such a great experience at the Wilson location. Jonny helped me with my cell phone and Tito with my laptop. These guys very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend speaking with them both. Thanks again Jonny and Tito.

I went here looking to purchase home theatre equipment and was willing to spend over $1000 today on a good speaker system. Me: Hello, I had a few questions about home theatre equipment, is there someone that can help me?" Best Buy: That guy should be able to help - Points at a guy carrying a large TV outside for another customer Me: Looks like he is busy, is there anyone else? Best Buy: *Stares blankly into space* Me: Ok then, have a nice day I will be avoiding this location in the future.

This location has a bunch of youths working with attitude and are very rude. Especially when asking simple gaming questions as a person with no experience with gaming I would expect to get informative answers, but I just got rude, condescending responses by the female at appliances. She was rude and very Monotone (oriental girl with glasses) back in my day when I worked customer service .. that kinda of behaviour was very unprofessional and not allowed. But I guess we live in 2022 and ever since Covid everyone’s stopping caring.

I used to purchase my several electronic product from this best buy. For the 1st time, I am so upset with their service. According to Best Buy customer service, each product have 30 days price match warranty. I understand for phone 14days return policy. Customer service confirmed me the above mentioned information is correct. And they also confirmed that 30 days price matching is applicable for the phone also. Yesterday when I have visited the store, the store manager and other staffs disagree with that. They are saying that customer service does not know the message correctly. Then what is the meaning to have customer service ? The store manager told me I am not qualified for price match. without any reason, I had to travel 100 km and had lost 150 cad as gift card. Not only that, this year their service was the poorest one I have ever received. Extremely poor service by the folks in the mobile sales counter. They themselves say that the staff in the customer care are not trained properly by best buy to answer questions correctly. I don't recommend people to visit this best buy store.

Jabreal and Nick from the TV section were such amazing help for me and my family today. They were very thorough and understood what we were looking for (great listening skills!) and they got us the product that checked all our boxes. They were very kind and didn’t take a lot of time and it was a smooth process overall. I’m surprised there’s great employees like them who really care about the customers and went above and beyond , definitely will give them 10 stars if I could (5 stars each). Great job Best Buy !

Amazing customer service. Thank you Johnny and Tito for all your supports. Great advice and patience. I was treat very well. Got the best products because of these two gentlemen, the listen and professionally solved all of issues and questions. Guided me in the right direction, I'm super happy with my purchase. Go see these guys they are great. The atmosphere and professionalism is on point. Best experience !!!!
