C	Chris D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a complete fraud. All the 5 star reviews are completely fake. Look at the individual's review history. I bought a laundry center from these frauds and like many others in the reviews, the unit, while aesthetically looking good in appearance, was a complete pile of garbage when attempting to do laundry. The water pump didn't extract water, the dryer did not dry and the unit sounded tired and worn when running. I emailed them 4 times with no response, finally the 5th email, they said they would send a technician. I requested my money back, which they again, just ignored the emails. The receipt claims if you leave them a negative review, it voids your warranty. The warranty isn't worth the piece of paper it's printed on. Save yourself the grief and shop somewhere else. The owner will probably claim I was never a customer, I'm an angry ex employee or fabricate some wild scenario that never happened. Really read through all of the reviews. They've been on Global News back in 2016 for trying to pull a fast one on a lady and claiming it was all a "delivery error". Hopefully if you made your purchase with a credit card you requested a charge back. That's what I did and thankfully got my money back.
M	Mike Koval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was advised of a one year warranty with my fridge. Purchased this fridge February 12 2022. By April 27th, 2022, the fridge stopped working. The gentlemen on the phone, not sure if his name is Geary? He was the guy I bought it off of anyways, said “this is a cash and carry unit, you need to bring it back for service, I would have told you this 100% when you purchased it”. Well, you didn’t… I advised that the google review will reflect the thousand dollars he took me for. Who’s going to lug a fridge out and drive it back to the store we bought it from. Like we’re returning a set of underwear ? what a joke. Would not send a local appliance professional to repair. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS Crooks

A	Ali May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a GE Fridge/freezer in Aug 2021. They delivered the wrong one and had to wait a week for them to bring the correct one. 2 weeks ago it stopped working. Its taken a week and a half for someone to get back to me. Left countless voicemails. Sent many emails. Finally someone text me yesterday. They offered me a smaller one and a different colored one. I said i wanted a replacement or preferably my money back as i don't want to deal with them anymore. They don't do refunds and now i am waiting to hear when they can deliver the exact same size and color...Currently not getting any response to phone, emails or text. Very frustrating, Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Its not worth the stress.

Their prices are great but the way customers (and even not-customers) are treated is fantastic. Thank you Greg. Last time, when I bought my clothing dryer, they had exactly the model I was considering at half the price. It is still working well. Buying used is the ecological way to go.

He gave us a good deal and at no time did he make us feel pressured into buying appliances. We bought a French door fridge and a stove in amazing condition we definitely spent less money then I thought we would of. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back to buy a washer and dryer from him in the future. Thanks friend.

They advertise as factory refurbished appliances but what they don't say is that it is "their" factory, checking serial number and turns out the appliance were between 8-15 years old, one fridge had an fire and burnt wires still present, leaking water onto new floors, oven timer not working, four attempts made to service and everything is still broken, only one out of the three appliances works as intended. Make sure to buy with your credit card so you can file dispute and hold them accountable for the terrible service you will receive after. The picture do not lie. Factory refurbish would be by a real factory and not servicing of 8-15 year old appliances.
