★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a huge fan of tartare, I can definitely say that Kuto meets all my expectations when it comes to it!
My friends and I go there on Wednesdays, for the All you can eat menu. For 27$ you get unlimited tartare. The only concern I have is that you can only order crackers once and that is with your first order of tartare. Despite that, they have a wide selection to choose from, and their waiters and waitresses will recommend the best choice for you! The tartares are good, the portions are generous and it feels very fresh.
The price is VERY reasonable, because again, you can eat as much as you want, when other restaurants offer you one portion for that price. The restaurant is never too crowded and it's fun to be there with your friends or family, accompanied by a nice bottle of wine.
Definitely try all their beef tartares, in my opinion, they're the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the 15$ Sunday special. Had the classic salmon and Asian tuna. Both were pretty good! Came with home made potato chips. Spiciness was alright, could have been a little bit spicier, but that might just be me :) Will go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little gem, tartares are really good. Really wish they had different choices of sides, at least fries. And wish they offered a larger portion. Its not enough I find when you’re really hungry. Not enough croutons! This particular location on Taschereau is not great, it seems small but I usually grab it to go so I don’t mind personally. Take out is super quick too! Ready in 10-15 min. But maybe I went when it wasn’t too crowded. The one in La Prairie does look much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and i went there a wednesday to try their all you can eat menu. You have four choices of tartares: tuna, blue marlin, beef and salmon. You also have one choice of sides: cesar salad or homemade sweet potato chips. Honestly i would come again for the all you can eat menu but its only on wednesday! Very worth it for 25$

I love that menu is compact, but totally well thought.
Special kudos for the oversized tissue-like napkin.
