Most inclusive yoga community. Have tried being part of other yoga studios since and Kula is still hands down the best in the city. Will be returning there next month to begin my membership again. LOVE the meditative quality of the classes. Linseed is also wonderful.

This has been my yoga studio for ten years, and I've felt really lucky to live nearby. I love the variety of yoga that happens here: you don't get stuck in staid sequences and the instructors bring so much flavour to it. It was a pioneer in using consent cards for adjustments, it has long been a trans-friendly space. I love that they're committed to making yoga more accessible, with $10 (tax incl.) classes each day, plus some cheaper community classes. Yes, the changerooms are small and get crowded, but the practice rooms themselves are nice. As other people have pointed out, because the classes are so influenced by the instructor, one person's L1 class might look different than someone else's. Because I've been practicing quite a while, that's fine with me, but I can see how that could be intimidating, but it's yoga --- you can always rest and adjust to what's right for you. Getting the month trial is a good option, because you can try out different teachers and find ones you like, which can make all the difference. Linseed is a wonderful teacher and especially great for beginners.

The search was over for the perfect yoga studio when I took my first class at Kula. It checked all the boxes; welcoming, diverse, professional, spiritual and more! Thanks Kula!

Honestly this is just the best yoga studio I've ever been to. Staff are friendly and approachable. Teachers are knowledgable, passionate and respectful. Facilities are perfectly suited to the class sizes and styles offered. Location is fantastic. I would highly recommend trying Kula out.

Kula is one of my favourite yoga studios in the city. I love that they don’t have mirrored walls in the practice rooms. Makes me feel much more centred and focused on my own practice. Love the teachers and front desk staff too. So grateful for this place!

This studio is amazing. I stumbled across it during the pandemic. They provide a variety of online classes that are great. I also love the workshops and special classes they offer. I have never been in person to the studio but am looking forward to it when the pandemic ends.

Kula yoga studio is an amazing place. All yoga instructors I met so far, are very nice and friendly . Receptionist of front desk is very affectionate and hospitable. The studio is very spacious and prices are very affordable. For the first time in Toronto I found a yoga place where everyone is down-to-earth. Definitely this yoga studio will be my yoga home. ??‍♀️ ❀ Rochelle, Erin and Anne are the best !
