Felicia and Ante are so wonderful, and they really put a lot of emphasis into the diverse uniqueness of each individual and will work with each individual to meet their needs. They are so passionate. They work on the pranayama, asana, chanting, along with meditation. Definitely one of a kind studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Yoga Therapy for 10 months now and have had a consistently excellent experience. The studio has a wonderful, welcoming energy and the teachers are all very good. The stress of the city gets washed away each time I go. I'm really grateful for a studio that is so committed to yoga as a healing and transformational practice, and not just exercise that makes you look good in yoga pants. I highly recommend the studio to anyone interested in a serious yet accessible yoga practice.
