★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here the 30th of Jan, to get help on why my bf newly set up phone with Koodo wasn't working, no calls receiving or texts same with outgoing calls. The two girl working blamed the phone so he went to Telus which confirmed it wasn't the phones issue. So he went back and they literally said well we have no problems on our side so idk I can't do anything..They were rude and did not try to point us in any other direction or try helping further they really didn't seemed bothered and acted like he was a nuisance. Awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recently purchased new phones at this location. Naturally, we managed to log mine in incorrectly, and I returned for assistance. The salesperson who assisted us originally was quite helpful, but when I returned I met a different one who told me my wife would have to fix it from her phone. He was obviously not interested in his job in any meaningful way. I wound up taking it to the Apple Store at West Ed, where they fixed it in 10 minutes. If it weren't for the initial interaction with the friendly gentleman with the beard (who's name I have unfortunately forgotten) this would be a one-star review.
