Albert went out of his way to help us with an issue that was caused by a different KMS store, an ongoing 7 month issue, that he fixed in less than 24 hours!
Kamloops KMS will definitely be where we will shop from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off price gouging....item tag says one price, when u get to chechout price increase of 50%. They will not honor price on tag!!!
They point to little sign that says sorry price on item may not be correct.
Make it a priority to update tags or honor price on tag....after all. YOU DIDN'T PAY THE INFLATED PRICE FOR THIS ITEM, ITS AN OLD TAG.
They blame it on pandemic....but this has been going on for months!!!
I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here in the past. New management is horrible, I will be making a call to BBB when it opens on Tuesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a sheet metal tool by phone. Provided my credit card information to hold the tool. Drove one and a half hours to pick up the tool and staff couldn't find it. No help offered by the staff. I went to the metalworking section to look for it myself and cannot believe what an absolute mess the department is in. No wonder they couldn't locate the tool. I left with no tool. Can buy on Amazon instead. KMS kamloops should be ashamed of the state of the store.
