★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pedicure and she managed to grate my ankle with the filer used for calluses & made my ankle bleed! Pretty rushed pedicure overall & not sure how hygienic the tools are as nothing arrived at the station sealed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 of my fingers were bleeding and are completely cut up. Very poorly done manicure and washing my hands will sting all week. I work in healthcare and that's not appropriate.

They are always on top of the latest styles and trends and can copy any picture you show them off Pinterest perfectly. Everything is clean, well priced, and lasts a month between fills. Highly recommend. Especially Jolie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a mani/pedi. The manicure looks great but my nails and cuticles were not cleaned properly and it was quite rushed. I’m very disappointed with my pedicure as the dead skin under my foot was not scrubbed and the nail polish was not cleaned up outside of the nail (as can be seen in the pic on right toe). The foot/leg massage was good but there’s no point in it if the pedicure was done without scrubbing and cleaning.
My appointment was on a Saturday and it seems like they had overbooked, so I was asked to sit in the waiting area and leave the comfortable seat with the massager for them to continue my manicure as the customers they had overbooked were waiting. Did not get a hand massage after the manicure either.
My experience here did not feel like a pampering experience at all. Very friendly people and hard workers but would not come again.
