We are Truly Sorry that your experience was not great when you visited us On
New Years Eve .
Unfortunatly we did fall 15 minutes behind schedule that day with the appointment previous to yours.
We sincerly apologise for this
We had a very busy day being New Years Eve and our Stylist even Stayed after her shift end to book you in at the End of her busy day ,as you had called for a last minutes appointment just a few hours earlier.
We did give you a seat and some magazines and explained it would be a few minutes , once again we do apologise for running late it was such a busy day.
Two Stylists who were prepared to work together to get you out at the correct finishing time but unfortunatly at that point you were to irrate to listen.
We apologise Once again and we wish you the best of luck in your New Hair Adventures :)
