★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered parts for fridge, was called and told they were in and ready for pick up at 4:25 in the afternoon. Called back in 2 minutes to ask what time they closed was told 5pm at which time we informed them we would be coming from approximately 25 mins away but would be there to pick up parts. Arrived at 4:58pm and saw employee locking door and walking to her car. When she was asked if she was closed, she said yes to which i replied but I called ahead and it isn’t 5:00 yet. She then said sorry my till is closed nothing I can do for you. Excellent customer service, NOT!!!!

I will only buy brands that Kitchen Appliance will service. (I'd love it if their website was available and listed these.)
