★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were great and helpful. I bought a $100 gift card for the playstation4 and I left it on the counter and the staff actually brought the gift card over to me so I wouldn't forget it. Also, When I was trading in games for credit on my reward card they had a deal which I was unaware of, (the more you trade in the more extra credit you would get), at first the computer did not show the extra then a staff member went out of his way to come over and put in the bonus credit. I love the Orillia location and I would recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for order to pick up in store, ended up getting it at a closer store, was told I would be refunded, but they changed the order status to collected even though I never went to collect it. Have not received refund yet either. Call them and basically was told I was screwed. Shady practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preorder a game a month ago for X Box One, picked it up stated the console I bought it for. When I got home it was for the X Series, spoke to Matt on the phone he said there is only one copy and it is compatible for the X Box One, was not compatible. Returned to store to pick the correct console version but was given the wrong edition of the game. I bought a new system from Gamestop recently with 10 games, I am now going to purchase from Amazon. I have tried to give business to the brick and mortar stores but unfortunately 3 mistakes in a row and not taking responsibility for it and my business is going elsewhere.
