★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend being properly fitted for shoes/runners here. Leah was amazing, the 30mins consult with her helped determine the pressure points in my feet and she properly fitted me with runners to help correct the imbalance and help with my back/hip pain when exercising. 1st 10kms I have completed in a long time that I haven't had any forms of pain after,especially in new runners.Booked another appointment for my husband with her and will definitely be back to get a second pair for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped into Kintec this afternoon for a new pair of distance walking shoes.
Leah said a big friendly hello before the front door closed and asked me what I needed. I told her what I was looking for and after she helped previous customers, she grabbed a pair of Brooks for me that were perfect on the first try. This young lady knows her business. Super helpful and very pleasant.
She should get a raise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very surprised about the customer service of the staff! Julia Siemens helped to find the right runners. She took the time and patience to monitor my needs! I used to go to Running room, but they only suggest shoes in your size and don't ask about anything regarding issues or desires. I also prefer a tread mill which Running room don't have. I am used to walk/run on it at Runnersworld in my former home country The Netherlands. This is such a great experience, that I don't want to switch stores anymore. I am looking forward to be supported by the skilled staff of Kintec.
The Customer Service is outstanding! I went for Sidas Insoles and they monitor everything regarding landing etc. Karina Lahti helped me choosing the right insoles and gave her professional advice! If there were 7 Stars, I would give them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick glance below shows others saying precisely what I was thinking. I have received great service every time I've been to Kintec. (It's one of the reasons I keep going back.) But Leah really went way above and beyond went I went in for orthotics last week -- great suggestions for half- and full-length inserts, a gait analysis, and finally, a very thorough job of taping up my feet. Thanks, Leah! The foot is feeling much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Andrea a few years back was wonderful. She is a nonjudgemental and skilled pedorthist, and I benefitted substantially from my meeting with her. She set me up with custom orthotics that greatly reduced my foot pain and improved my posture. Will definitely keep going back here for check-ups. The other staff are very knowledgeable and answer any questions and concerns I have about my foot care. My health has improved and instead of coming home everyday feeling exhausted and extremely sore, so much so that I struggle to walk, I have energy left and my feet are tired but not in severe pain. Without my orthotics and education I would be lost and in a ton of pain. Also they give you very detailed description of your diagnosis and how it effects your body and overall health. Thank you!

She recommended a pair of New Balance shoes as they had the deep heel. Perfect fit! She took the time to understand what we needed and made the perfect recommendation. Great service! Thank you Leah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received excellent service from Leah today when my husband and I went to Kintec for new runners. We learned so much about our feet, gait, & shoe features. Honestly I've never had such good service and individual attention in a shoe store. Normally I just stare at the wall of runners and start trying everything on based on color and price. Today we left with super comfy shoes and we're looking forward to many long walks ahead.

Even though she was busy for the whole afternoon, serving customers one after another, it did not stop her from giving me her full attention, and checked fitting for all the shoes I tried on. She was wonderful. I was very happy with my visit to the store.
