I had a great experience purchasing a used SUV from Kindersley Mainline. Chasity was amazing! She setup a time for me to come see the vehicle as I came in from out of town. There were a couple things they upgraded on the vehicle to accommodate me before I arrived to see the vehicle. There was a small issue with entre vehicle that I noticed a couple days later and Chasity took charge and made sure that I would be taken care of and they fixed the small issue right away. I can't say enough great things about Chasity and the team here!

On Feb 6th (Sunday) my 2020 sierra had a transmission hose fitting fail and dumped the transmission oil on highway about 40 Km’s west of kindersley. Had it towed to Mainline Kindersley. Called Monday am. I was told that they might not get it in that day to diagnose but next day for sure. Fair enough. Got a call about hour later from another person at this dealership saying that they were taking appointments for the next week and they would diagnose the problem then. They kept telling me that because I didn’t have an appointment that was the soonest. Thank god I only live 2.5 hours away and not in another province. Service manager was extremely flippant and belligerent. He could have cared less and told me once again, I didn’t have an appointment. I drive this truck for work throughout western Canada, I guess I should make a standing appointment with every chev dealer in western Canada. I showed up at dealer on February 14th. Truck was on hoist and an estimate was made. I might add the tow truck driver called it and said that he has picked quite a few stranded gmc trucks where this hose blew dumping all the transmission oil. I asked if they had the hose and was told they should but if they had to order it they would have it 2-3 days. Next day got a call that they had wrong part number on estimate and had to order hose which was now back ordered. No clue when they would see it. Went back February 24th. Still no part,I said I wanted the blown hose and that I would have one made up. By this time I have talked to several mechanics as well my local repair shop. They all said they have replaced several this winter and they get the hose made up locally at hydraulic shop. I was told that the parts manager was going to call around to other dealers in province to see if they had the part. Why wasn’t this done right away? Probably because I was from out of town and truck wasn’t purchased there. Finally march 4th the truck was fixed and ready to pick up. Should have had truck towed 2 more hours into a town with a non mainline dealership where I was told that they would at least get it in to assess what was needed the next day. I needed a vehicle as this truck is used for work. Rental vehicle bill, over $2,000.00. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Very disappointed as had pretty good luck at other mainline locations. Mainline and most likely GMC lost my business.

The salesman Tyler J. was fast and efficient in getting me into the vehicle I wanted within a day of starting the process. Easy going atmosphere and didn’t feel pressured or “sales-ey.” All the staff were accommodating and eager to do a good job. Will be back for a future purchase next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

Ordered a 2022 Malibu RS, Kindersley Mainline found the exact model, extras and colour that I wanted. A week later it's on my driveway. The whole process from start to finish was timely and the sales representative and financial agent very professional and pleasant. Will certainly use this dealership again for future.

Use to have the best service so I traveled 2hrs go go to it. Had truck in yesterday and have never been so disappointed. Appt was at 11 truck never went into garage till after 1 and by 230 it was done cost me 233.00 to tell me they only looked at 2 issues and one the correction was not defined but replace a 360.00 part and maybe its the prob. And it's a part that hasn't worked since they had truck in shop but denied that.Stated they added air to tires for a low tire light was on...never did!! Service workers are not friendly. Not that it matters to them but will not be back and will not recommend them.

Beware! They will trick you! Don’t believe them if they’ll tell you that you’re only going to pay this amount (nothing more, nothing less) they will definitely charge you with something or double the price you need to pay! They can manipulate numbers!

With the lack of vehicles and having to order one, I didn't have that time. Being from Alberta, I searched western Canada for a truck. I found exactly what I wanted with Mainline Chevrolet in Kindersley Sask. I requested some info online and Chasity replied very quickly and the talks began. She has been upfront, diligent on all communication and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Thank you from Kat and I.
