★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of a trip from Vancouver to Winnipeg, we discovered we had a flat. It was in the middle of the evening, so everything was closed, but thankfully we found that Integra offered emergency services. We gave them a call, and one of their employees (I can't remember his name, sadly) was there in about ten minutes to help us.
They'd given us a quick estimate for an emergency tire patch, but when he pulled the tire off he found that it had multiple side punctures -- it was completely shot. So, instead of patching the tire, he helped me remove the bikes from the back of our vehicle (a very complicated process, since they weren't supposed to come off until Winnipeg), retrieve our spare, and got us back on the road.
I was a little worried when he offered to help me with the bikes and spare -- after all, a lot of shops would love to help you with that in order to charge extra labour, and it was all pretty complicated and time-consuming. But it was late, the sun was going down, we had a young kid, and we had a long way to travel yet that day. When we went to pay, though, he told us not to bother. It was all free of charge.
And that is AMAZING. Our day had started to go so poorly, and that changed everything around. So, thanks. It was incredibly kind, and definitely not what other repair places would have done.

We experienced a breakdown on a trip just outside of kindersley, we got the car back to the shop and the mechanic there was able to immediately take a look at what was happening. With his help and information we were able to continue moving forward on our road trip and arrange for a repair further down the line where a part was available. If it hadn't been for this help our family trip could have been entirely ruined. We are very grateful for the kindness and friendliness we experienced here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to pass on what a great experience I had with the guys at Integra. My wife and I were on our way from calgary to Saskatoon when a tire sensor from one of our newly installed tires (from our car dealer in Calgary) fell off!!!?? After getting a tow, Kyle identified that all but one tire wasn’t properly installed. He and his team were able to patch up the flat well enough to get us to the city and fixed the remaining two that were not installed correctly. I cannot write enough good things about Kyle and his teams service. It was greatly appreciated. If you want something done right go to these guys.

Bought a few sets of tires here in the last 3 years, my latest are a set of winter tires that could be the best tires I've ever purchased. They go to bat for their customers too, highly recommended!
