★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love DQ, but this one had two employees with masks not covering mouth and nose, including one handling the food in the kitchen. The one at the counter touched my napkins without gloves and put them inside the bag. Will be reporting this to SaskHealth. Management should train their people better. Watch the cameras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed in this DQ. I used to love DQ burgers, but after the garbage I was just served I can honestly say I will NEVER eat at Dairy Queen again. The burger patties were over-cooked, dry and barely warm. The cheese slices could not even try to melt...what a sorry excuse for a restaurant. The four guys holding up the counter when I walked in should be ashamed of themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked if they had lettuce wraps for the burgers, was told yes. This isn't a lettuce wrap. This is just shredded lettuce thrown on top of a sad burger. Bacon was also forgotten (Ultimate Burger) to be put on, which added to the sad factor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the food the mocha moo latte was a mushy brown nasty drink! no whip no drizzle didn’t feel well after eating here def won’t be back….
Super disappointed.
Wanted a mint milkshake had to ask 4 times for it still didn’t understand me so ordered the nasty moo latte which was so gross had two sips and thru away!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this Dairy Queen has always been the go to Dairy Queen today was a bummer, we got there at 1240pm and the fries and gravy were hot and fresh but the burgers were just warm at best at the end COLD?. Had to have been lunch leftovers??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited July 30 2021. Just because the building is old doesn't mean cleaning should be neglected. In the era of COVID, it's totally unacceptable for tables to be left unwiped all day (or even for 5 mins after a guest leaves) to the point of being sticky to the touch, or for the common areas to be allowed to deteriorate from a cleanliness standpoint. Franchise owner should be audited by DQ headquarters for standards and practices. Perhaps they don't value representing the brand anymore and would prefer to operate an independent diner to their own standards.
