★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This A&W USED to be the best. They're impossibly slow, your food is even cold when you get it despite how slow they are, they're employees don't even say HELLO. Do not bother with Kindersley A&W. THE WORST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We grabbed a fry and it was cold so we asked them to make us fresh fries and the lady took the fries out of our bag and stuck it in someone's elses bag in drive thru. She was also sitting down eating then it got busy so she came and helped and didn't wash her hands before she started to put food in the bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst A&W with worst service:
1) Didn't get cheese on Beyond burger.
2) Didn't get any diping sauce with chicken strips, asked for sweet and sour.
3) No Chipotle sauce with sweet potato fries.
4) No ketchup or condiments in the bag.
5) Forgot about the straws. Had to go and ask for one.
6) Worst of all, had to wait for so long to put an order. All focus was on drive thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier (Jenna) is awesome, polite, friendly and great customer service. She went beyond and above her duty in making sure I had a wonderful time while I was there.
She definitely needs to be promoted to managing position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier Courtney was so impatient and very unfriendly. We just wanna give her the benefit of the doubt that she’s having a bad day that day. Trying to understand what she’s into but still she is in a customer service line of job and must treat customers no matter what race fairly and nicely!
