★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THANK YOU!!! So much for playing Easter bunny for my boys this year!! The hotel staff was beyond amazing and the hotel itself was clean and we had a great room!! Everything was perfect.. pool was fun too my boys loved it!! And my hubby used the gym and said it was great clean and good equipment.. again thank you so much!!!!! Will definitely stay again and again!!! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This best Western is the dirtiest one under best Western name stayed here multiple times always with same out come front desk is unorganized rooms never get cleaned and when they do you get towels and that's considered clean to them very unhappy with this new hotel in kindersley sk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay with excellent quality rooms that are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast, restored to normal practices prior to COVID, was excellent and well-stocked with a decent variety of options that were both hot and cold. The pool was clean and great for the kids. The hot tub was comfortable but, perhaps, cooler than normal. Our stay was excellent and would certainly recommend this hotel to other.s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shower was broke. The shampoo & conditioner were empty. The inroom coffee pot didnt work. But it was nice & clean and they were ok with a late check out :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, quiet, we had our hockey team stay here, however apparently kids under 16 are not allowed to go into hallways without an adult. Our team won’t be staying here again because of that, no other hotel has ever said such nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was alright. When we checked in we found blood stained sheets brought it up with the front desk and got it dealt with. The next night when we checked out they offered us $20.00 off our 2 night stay for the inconvenience. I told them that wasnt enough and to not charge my card. They proceeded to charge my card (with no discount) and told me to call back Monday to talk with the head Lady Carmela. She told me that it is impossible to be missed and they wont do anything about it. Best they could do is give me 1000 points to use at future stay with the hotel. They keep telling me its impossible to miss that. So apparently i brought these brown blood stained sheets with me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accommodations but the pool is not cleaned regularly. Massive hairballs and old bandaid are among the treasures scattered throughout this indoor pool for you children to discover. Showers highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was impeccable! Staff was courteous and always welcomed you with a smile! We met the manager, Carmela at the reception and she is the best at what she does. Customer service at its best! The room was very neatly done and up to a high standard. Felt very safe and assured that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly following covid protocols. Thanks to Jeanette (breakfast person) for serving us a hot and sumptuous breakfast. A very well maintained property… Definitely one of the best western plus hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely stay again! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
