Bancroft Inn & Suites

Very happy, pleasant & relaxing stay overall; the rooms was very clean tidy and dust free. The bathroom appeared to have been newly renovated and clean as well. AC, fair size fridge and WIFI. Quite surrounding. The front desk stuff called about an personal we've left behind= Much appreciated :)

Place was clean, the service was good, and it was in a very convenient spot for snowmobiling. Very easy access to gas, and easy access to the snowmobile trail nearby. The room was a bit small, though, and the beds were very firm.

Super friendly staff!!! Called late at night and had no problem putting us up for the night during the snow storm. Even welcomed us back the next morning after we had dropped the keys in the drop box and our car broke down pulling out of the parking lot. Thank you so much for making our bad situation a little easier for us!

Was in White building...that entance staircase! Too narrow at top to open door and balance luggage. You need to place "watch step" in multiple areas of that building. Specifically the balcony entrance/exit. Way too dangerous! Your insurance company will love you more. Stains on couch...remove stains or reupholster. Great front desk service! Gentleman at the Desk was very friendly and quite helpful. ??

Very poor customer service. Booked one room for this weekend and then not even an hour later found out my son was exposed to covid. Tested my son and he's positive. So right away I went to cancel my reservation . I booked through booking.com , they send a request to the hotel to waive the cancelation fee due to the situation and the fact it hadn't even been an hour since the reservation was made. I called the hotel and the first call was rudely told they couldn't do anything it was all up to booking.com. so I called booking.com and they told me the hotel needs to Release the room for them to refund both nights. The representative from booking.com called the hotel and was told no they wouldn't do it. The representative was shocked they didn't make an exception with it only being an hour since booked. I called the hotel back and was told he already lost a guest since my room was booked and said he's not losing out on the money. I would understand if my reservation was done earlier then only one hour but it wasn't and told him this is very bad customer service. He said if he gets a call for a booking then he will consider refunding my money. I said if you don't release my room it's not available for someone to book. I called bookings.com back to get my refund back for the one night and I asked what happens to my room for Friday. He said it instantly becomes a available for someone else to book and the hotel gets paid twice for one room. I'm in shock over the poor customer service I was given over a reservation that wasn't even an hour old. My husband normally visits multiple times during the snowmobile season with a large group but they now will definitely look for a different hotel to stay at going forward

I stay here every time I work in Bancroft and surrounding area. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. Beds are comfortable, Room decor is reasonably up-to-date. The service is friendly and professional. There is ample parking. I definitely recommend Bancroft Inn and suites.

Certainly not a bad hotel, rooms were clean and customer's service was nice. The beds were a little hard and you could hear normal volume noise from other rooms. We could get to snowmobile trails quite easily and it was a nice 3 night stay for us at a reasonable price, if you have more than a few things to plug in I'd bring a power splitter because there aren't a lot of free receptacles

Was in need of a place to stay for the night, the guy behind the counter gave me a great price and was very friendly. The room was some what updated and was clean. I liked the small sitting area to bring food back to your room and eat since places are currently closed to indoors dining again. Room is well equipped with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. If I need a room in Bancroft again I'll definitely give them a call.
