E	Emmett Brazeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have our room ready even tho they knew weeks in advance. I bought food that will go bad now. They complained about a small mess their workers had to clean. It's expensive for what it is power goes out a lot. It's pretty run down. They haven't renovated since they built it so everything every thing is old and braking. Employees at the office not very friendly. Overall I wouldn't pay to go here again

The staff was pleasant and helpful during our 6 night stay but the hotel itself was not worth the $150/night rate. Our group selected this hotel simply for it's location. What we didn't realize was that we had to service our own rooms. We had to bring our own towels to the front desk to trade them for replacements. Our garbage was not emptied nightly. We had to empty them into the outside garbage. The bedsheets were not replaced and the floor not vacuumed. The main reason for my poor review was mainly due to the fact that I was a victim to BED-BUG bites. On my second last night stay, I awoke to numerous bites all over my skin. I originally thought that it was from mosquitoes, but on my last night stay, I awoke with even more bites on my body. It wasn't from mosquitoes because the evening temperature dropped to 10C, too cold for mosquitoes to be around. I informed the front desk and was given a blank look. Our group has all agreed never to return to this location. It is a low budget facility with high rates. ($150 to $180 per night). Do yourself a favour, stay away and stay somewhere else! You've been warned.

J	James Fennessy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked there for 2 nights in early october of 2021 and delayed the visit for 2 weeks later due to heavy rain forcast. We check in that 2 weeks later. Turned out that the rain was even worse on this date. Weather was so bad that we stayed only one of the two nights and checked out. The desk person said she would speak to the owner about crediting us for the night we didn't stay. By the way, there were only a few rooms occupied at the time, so our departure didn't cause them to lose a potential reservation. The story ends with them refusing to credit us anything based on their "policy". So we spent over $ 300 for one night in the off season. As a result, we would never consider booking there again. Also, the room was tiny and the TV did not work.

r	rich vassair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was comfy, but that's about all I can say that's good. The room was definitely not sanitized (as stated on the sign out front). Found a crusty face cloth hanging in the shower and almost empty toilet paper roll. Breakfast is just some bagels and English muffins and a waffle maker. Nothing special.
J	James Early on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a dated motel in Bancroft although the good news was it was clean. We had a noisy heater which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. We were only in town for a quick visit in December so it served it’s purpose.
