K	Kyle Eades on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an OK hotel, wanted to take ~1bag worth of ice for my cooler and was unable. The guy at the front desk came over and stopped me from using the ice machine. They have 1 ice machine for the whole hotel that isn't even full size. Apparently you can't take much ice from it or the machine will stop working. Pros -none, full price stay Cons -to cheap to buy 1 full size ice machine that won't stop working to potentially support a hotel. -rooms cleaned once ever 3 days

And when I confirmed weeks after not hearing anything I was told that the block had been given away because I never replied to the email. This is not the first time this hotel has let me down. for the summer of 2021 I also had a block of rooms booked. And when people called they were told there was no block. And after i thought I had that straightened out I was very mistaken. Due to Covid i had to cancel my wedding plans last summer and when I called to cancel the block of rooms they still knew nothing of it and it was not in their computer system. I would recommend if you are going to cancel some ones block of rooms you should at least have the curtesy to pick up the phone and make a call. Now I have a large amount of people coming into town and we will have to find other accommodations outside of Warman. Which means a loss of business for the hotel but, the whole city as now my family will eat and shop in Martensville or Saskatoon.

J	Jenifer Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hockey team staying took over the hotel. They left their doors propped open and let their kids run up and down the hallways. Our entire reason for staying was to go swimming. This morning we were told they were at capacity and to try back in an hour. There was no time limit for the people in there so we were just supposed to sit and wait and hope someone came out? How about have a sign up sheet so everyone can use the facilities instead of just the hockey team? My kid left in tears this morning. This was our little mini vacation. If I had known we wouldn't be able to use the pool we would have stayed somewhere cheaper that didn't have one. My family is completely disappointed with our stay. The 10% taken off my bill doesn't make up for it. We will not be back.

S	Steve K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing wrong with this place. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Pool was great for kids. Room was clean and quiet. And location is easy to get to. Even though it isn't in Saskatoon, it's still a good option. Less traffic and the same amenities and only 10 or 15 mins into Saskatoon. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
