K	KALA STEWART on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting for over an hour for curbside pick up. Every 10 minutes I am told I am number 2 in que. I finally call Customer service and was told I should have had delivery within 15 min. After another ten minutes I see my order come out, but the dude goes to the wrong pick up spot. I have to chase him down. This is such poor service I can't believe it!

He actually had to REMOVE the ear bud to even hear me when I had to repeat my question.... All the times I've worked retail I've NEVER been allowed headphones on the sales floor. Ridiculous.
P	Peter Neggers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the company is going down hill with service and helpful staff. Being able to stock massive amounts of products does not help if your people are not helping customers servicing their needs. Noted most staff not happy.

When I went looking for someone else to help me, two staff members I came across couldn't even be bothered to turn around to answer my question, seemed very annoyed. I will not use this store again, despite living in Orillia.
M	Melody Chard-Schonski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have a huge collection of items. It's fun to just browse all the things I never knew I needed/wanted until I laid eyes on them. Some items can be pricey, but that's the story pretty much everywhere right now.
A	Angela Pimentel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is the worst! The employees almost run in the other direction when they see you coming. The service department is brutally bad. We paid over $1000 in New tires and dropped our rims off to have them installed. They said they didn't have time till next Wed, but they would call when they were done. I called on the Thursday ( day after they were suppose to be done) they hadn't been done. The lady at the parts counter used the excuse that Fred, the service manager made the order and went on holidays and didn't tell them about the job. I'm pretty sure the work orders are there for them to see. Long story short, they ruined our tire pressure sensors and charged $103 to put rubber on rims. They didn't even have to take the tires off the car or install them on the car. Needless to say, we will not be using service there ever again
