★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my visit here today I planned to make one purchase. After looking around this smaller (but well stocked) location. I found several items I decided to purchase. Several staff members greeted me. I must have looked overwhelmed because a manager (Jeff) asked if I needed help. He asked what I was looking for and ended up helping find even more items to purchase. Another couple of team members assisted me with checking out. Another young guy (Tyler) helped me out to the truck and helped me load. He was very patient. Every one I encountered today at this Canadian Tire were very friendly and helpful. This is not always the experience I've had with other locations. Additionally it was probably the cleanest Canadian Tire I've been to. I live in Saskatoon and just happened to stop at the Martensville location today. After the wonderful experience today, I'll drive the extra distance to visit this location on my next Canadian Tire run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t by specific parts for a vehicle here. The manufacture/parts department might say it fits your vehicle but when you OPEN them to install, they may not fit your vehicle. And you can’t return them afterwards, because…. Well YOU OPENED IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you feel like being ridiculed in front of the whole store for a valid concern and being "called a pain, and not to come back" by the manager, then this is the place for you!!! It should be common sense that the mechanic shows you where the problem was, before work is done on the vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely RUDE customer service. After asking for more bags to carry our things the woman at till accused us of being demanding!? And told us to leave the store! This kind of service is disgusting. Shameful. If the manager isn’t ware they need to be! Because word of mouth has been spreading. This store deserves 0 staff rating for their lack of courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought rims here and 2 sets of tires. Had the rims and tires mounted here. They were severely overtorqued. I had to use a 3 foot bar on my ratchet to get them off, 1/2 impact wouldn't touch them. They wrecked the lug nuts and the rim. Took the wheels to Kelvins wheel for a second opinion and they confirmed the rims are damaged but still usable and said to replace the lug nuts. The shop will not admit they made a mistake, won't even replace the $40 lug nuts that probably cost them $10. Very disappointed in the customer service here and quite frankly the work quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian Tire will always be one of my favourite places to shop. The terminals set up throughout the store and the website both allow for extremely easy options to find the location of what you're looking for and let you know if it is in stock.
The online ordering and pick up options are great as well. You just go to the pickup area and enter your code and it presents your order without even needing to go all the way into the store.
Staff is helpful, knowledgable, and friendly.
