★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used CPO BMW here last weekend after dealing with Claude through email from Ontario. Couldn't be happier!
They had the exact car I'd been looking for and couldn't find in Ontario. Estoril blue 2019 m240i. So I drove 700km to see it and Claude had it looking spotless and brand new.
Had one very minor cosmetic issue which Claude immediately offered to take care of. Been driving it a week now and couldn't love it more. Great and easy buying experience - worth the 700 km trip!

They respected the appointment time that was booked , there was no waiting around and the car was ready as promised . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealership had a BMW wagon that I was interested in despite being located in a different province. Corresponded with over 21 emails with sales person and assistant manager and then was told that car was sold locally while I was asking for a vehicle inspection report before wiring funds for the vehicle. If you are an out of province buyer, make sure they don't sell the car locally while you waste your time lining up transport etc. They should be up front and say that someone was coming to look at the car locally but probably didn't want to deal with an out of province buyer.
