★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve purchased two vehicles now from this dealership. I’ve dealt with Charlene Nulty on both transactions. She is an absolute delight to deal with, and so helpful! I must have had a hundred small requests and she never seemed annoyed or bothered and always had the answer I was looking for. When making such a big purchase it’s nice to feel as comfortable as Char made me feel, there was no pressure or stress. I actually bought my truck without even going to look at it, just what I saw online because I live three hours away, Charlene made it feel as if I was in the truck smelling the new car smell without even being there. She was available every single time I called her. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership and ask for Charlene you won’t regret it.
When it came to finishing the transaction I dealt with Gloria and she was also phenomenal! going through all the final financing details was a breeze and she made me aware of certain add ons that I could get but never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable which I really liked.
At the end of it all, my experience from A to All black Dodge Ram driving off the lot was fantastic. Highly, highly, highly recommend Charlene, Gloria and of course Vance motors.

Char in sales was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, friendly, keen to work with us, and did not pressure us which we really appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to look for an SUV. Started to look at one on the lot no sales person in sight suddenly the car locks. (Someone used the key fob from inside to lock the SUV) I guess you don't want to do business so I will go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! On my way to Toronto from Petawawa my truck was on the fritz around the Bancroft area and I took it into Vance Chrysler. There I was made aware they only had 1 tech working there that day and he was swamped but the apprentice overheard my issue and happily took on the problem. Kevin Vance came and check up on us while the apprentice was diagnosing the problem, he offered to call the local rental company and check if they had any vehicles available. They didn’t have the parts so we decided to try and make it home, and we got a call from Kevin checking up on us (I also forgot to pay the man). He happily waved the charge and sent us the work order so that we can get the right parts. I didn’t notice until I got home on the work order he was going give us a ride back to Petawawa and get us a ride back to Bancroft when my truck was ready if we decided to leave our truck there. So thank you Kevin and your kindness, we were blow away by the amazing service. Thank you.

She was professional and has great customer service. She made the whole process smooth. The dealership when out of their way to accommodate my need of a pick up on a Saturday when they are closed. I did encounter a small problem on the way home. As so as I was able to call them the dealership had no problem fixing it. Would highly recommend them if you need a vehicle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love my car. Buying it was awesome and easy. The only thing I don’t like is how it takes 1.5-2hrs for an oil change. Even with an appointment. Why? My car and one other truck were the only vehicles in the garage and it still took 2 hours. It looked like they were all sitting around giggling or twiddling their thumbs. I understand you guys get paid by the hour so the motivation to work is probably lower than other places, but people have places to be. I really think this needs to change because it doesn’t need to be that long. Otherwise, all good.
