At first we were hesitant and quiet nervous to buy our first house, but Madlin and the team at Khoulani made it a very positive and enjoyable experience. They guided us from finding the perfect house in Churchill Meadows to assisting with the mortgage, arranging for insurance, recommending a great lawyer and even minor details like setting up utilities. This team rocks and I will be using them for all my real estate needs.

I was looking for something to rent, and although my budget was low, she took a lot of time and walked me through the process step by step. She was a complete pleasure to deal with. Hanna also guided me in how to build my credit so that I can buy a house in the future. I would recommend Hanna to anyone looking for great and honest service. I am almost ready to buy and will definetly be using Khoulani for my purchase.
