T	The_Legendary _Batman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered multiple times through skip and have had more order cancelled multiple times. I guess they only accept half of the orders. Also shut down their take out option 2 hours before they close. This is how you treat your customers? Im never ordering from this location again

K	Kuin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the plaza, and every time I walk by the KFC is completely empty. I should have taken that as a sign, but after my shift I went in to order. I stood at the counter for five minutes while the employees gossiped in the back - nobody else was ordering, they weren't preparing orders - literally just standing and talking to each other. I ask "you guys are open, right?" and I receive a passive-aggressive "be with you in one minute sir" I wait two more minutes and walk out. Employees won't even take your order, I mean what else is there to say? I can't even rate the food...
P	Phyllis Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait quite often even on Toonie Tues. at meal time when you'd expect they'd be well prepared. Today I paid for 6 pieces of chicken; and, when arrived home, discovered there were only 5 pieces and not the requested # of plates, not to mention I had to ask for more napkins. I don't think customers should have to open their order to check for correctness before leaving the store for their chicken not be warm enough before brought home/eaten. When I called and placed the complaint, they hung up without a word. ....I suspect they will not be in business long.
L	Lisa Hachey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave a bad review unless I find really necessary... it takes multiple bad experiences... not sure why but this location continues to close at different hours than listed and it is never the same time... when you try to ask for hours so you can at least know, the answer is I don't know...
L	Lisa M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the Dundas location this evening and received great service. The cashier who helped us out was very well suited to customer service. She kept us entertained and laughing while we waited and was a great team player , helping out other service areas!
