I absolutely LOVE training Jodi’s program! She’s an amazing teacher who shows us the correct form and modifications for so many different exercises. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. You will also never be bored in any of her classes since Jodi always mixes up the MMA rounds, complexes, cardio bursts, mobility, and core sections. It’s fantastic to see your personal progress and your body transform by consistently training Jodi’s program. I HIGHLY recommend!

KB Kickboxing is easily the best workout program I’ve done. It’s all in one cardio, core, strength and improved movement. More than that it’s really fun. The workouts are varied and dynamic so you’re never bored. Jodi has also created a very positive community with her members. Highly recommend in studio or online!

Hello my name is David Arthur I am a army combat veteran and a 100% disabled veteran as well and my time with Jody and the Kettlebell kickboxing in Canada online has been amazing. Because of my disabilities Jody has been able to legitimately cater my workouts based around my disabilities and helped me continue to get stronger and also stay physically healthy. One of the reasons I enjoy having Jody as a coach is not just because of the physical exercise but the energy and the joy that she and her class bring to the mats every time they meet! It is infectious! Spending time with Jodi and her group in the class will bring you joy and Jody‘s wisdom from life and her experiences are amazing when it comes to being a coach for other people and developing their mental resiliency. What I do for the United States Army; I am a certified master trainer and all things suicide prevention and mental resiliency and when I had the privilege to meet Jodi and what she brings to the table mentally and emotionally to help people grow and thrive in their life, it’s been amazing. Where to start when talking about Kettlebell Kickboxing, it is an awesome program, both in the studio and online!!! I live 11/2 hours from the city so I can’t get to the studio to train so I’m part of Jodi’s online platform!!! I highly recommend giving this program a try if you want a total body workout and she also works on your mobility too!!! It does not matter your level of fitness there is something for everyone and she breaks things down and gives modifications!! There are programs that are just 20-30 minutes long so you can fit them into your busy day!! When I started following Jodi, I couldn’t do a push up, I now can do 15 in a row on my toes!! Jodi is so good at what she does and if you have questions she is easy to talk too!!! So don’t wait around, if you have been looking for a program to help you get fit contact her, you won’t regret it!!

Absolutely love Kettlebell Kickboxing. You can get a full body workout in less than an hour in studio or at home. Having a busy schedule I utilize the online training program so can get up first thing in morning and perform workout before heading to work. If you want to have fun and get a great workout at same time, I would highly recommend joining this awesome community.

If you are looking to get a great workout in with your little one, you have to try kettlebell kickboxing!! Ryder and I have been training with Jodi since November 2021. Jody inspires, motivates and challenges me physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel stronger as the weeks pass. Jodi is amazing!!!!!!
