Centrepointe has been my home for about more than a year. All I can say is 5 star for the whole experience of having called this my home. Certainly, this was made possible by the stellar service of Shreeda and Alex (Regina team). From the maintenance issues (Kenneth, professional and good at what he does), cleanliness in the building to safety concerns, the staff made sure they’d meet the residents’ needs. Alex has always been on point receptive to my concerns. Most especially, Shreeda for going over and beyond for the transfer needs of my next home. Centrepointe you’d always be stellar. More power to the team!

Absolutely abysmal place to live. The apartments are rented at way more money per month than they are worth, the office staff is rude and extremely condescending. As I was moving out, I found cockroaches in my kitchen, absolutely no fault of my own. I also believe there was mould or something in the building, as I felt awful every day, a huge aversion to food, headaches daily, insomnia, etc. The units are really dirty and gross. I had to have a few things repaired, as my shower didn't work as it was supposed to. I sent in the email to get it repaired, and the man came the next day, he ran the shower, and didn't do anything to fix it. He left less than 10 minutes later. No response to my inquiry as to why. The office staff is very condescending at every opportunity they have, any question or inquiry I had was either ignored, or I was spoken down to for asking. The water is constantly shut off, often for days at a time with absolutely no warning. I've emailed down and asked why there was no email sent, or paper put through the doors as warning, and I was always told it was "emergency repairs". This is ridiculous. Laundry machines are not in unit, and are only on the 20th floor. About 7 or 8 machines for the entire building, and to do an entire load costs about 5 or 6 dollars a piece. The machine to load the money onto the cards were broken a couple of times for me too. Upon move out, they tell you that they will charge for carpet cleaning regardless, THIS IS ILLEGAL. They cannot just charge you, they have to prove that the unit needed it. The parkade, which is another cost upon rent, is old, rickety, unsafe, and not monitored. I paid $45 a month to park on the open part at the top, there was no snow removal, and there were random people in the parkade all the time, I saw smashed windows and things went missing from cars all the time. The actual parkade building is very run down, there's potholes and the stairs are very rusty and the screws that hold them to the walls are falling out. There is no visitor parking at all. The cost that it is to live here is not worth it. The units seem cheap enough, and they are very quick to knock hundreds off rent if you sign a lease. (Rent for my unit is apparently $950 a month, and they rented to me for $750.) Unfortunately, the cost of living here piles on every month. They don't pay power, which isn't a big deal, but the cost of BASEBOARD heaters in in old apartment like this is astronomical. There is an in wall AC unit in the living room, which does no good to the rest of the apartment but still costs an arm and a leg. The cost of laundry adds up of course, I was spending $30 a week or more to wash everything I needed to. The cost to park is insane as well, $45 for an uncovered parkade that isn't safe or nice. They charge for anything they can, late fees are insane as well. Upon move out, they try to take as much money as they can. They charge off the top for carpet cleaning, and they charge for handing in keys late ( a full day's rent) they charge for the laundry card, they charge for everything they can. All in all, this place is an awful place to live. Infested with roaches, (which when I emailed, they used COVID as an excuse, although I happen to know that other places are still being treated), terrible, condescending office staff with an alarmingly high turnover rate, unsafe parkade, unsanitary units, and unsafe area all make this place worth skipping all together.

Lived in this building about a year ago. One good thing is that it's convenient to downtown especially if you work down there and nice view of the city from your balcony. I had my car busted into on a couple of occasions. And had very bad cough/lung problems which lasted probably 4 or 5 months while living there and cleared almost immediately upon moving out. Overall I think the building could be a gem in the city with some improvements to the packade and if tbeg got rid of the cockroaches in the building.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in, Everyday is a nightmare living in this building! This building has plumbing issues through out the year, expect scheduled plumbing maintenance which will leave you whole day with out water . Apart from these scheduled water shutoffs at least once a month your water supply will get cut off without any advance notice which thy will have various reasons , and these water shutdowns can last up to 48 hrs. The least management can offer is to pay for hotel accommodations for tenants who are left with no water for over 24 hrs! Management staff changes every couple of months, and no one cares to listen to your issues! We had pest treatment done 3 times during last one year yet we still get roaches! I am sure weidner apts already might have made a tonn of revenue from this building? They should come up with some plan to provide better place to live and not just focus on generating revenue ! Location of the apartment is the only positive factor. Teanants are offered $100 discount for recommending new teanants, I would never recommend anyone to live here ever If I am offered $1000!!

Not a lot of positive can be said about living here, other than the convenience of the location and the gym. The place was in mediocre shape when I moved in, - scuffs on the stucco wall, white spray paint on the screen door, no fan in the bathroom. The fire alarm in the building goes off ALL the time, walking down 18 flights of stairs with your child in the middle of the night gets VERY old very fast. The water to the building is constantly being shut off. There is no visitor parking available. The pigeons will take over your balcony and destroy everything you own. THEN, get this. When I am moving out, I take 2 days to clean everything to a MUCH BETTER state than it was when i moved in and when I get my closing statement, they tell me they needed 4 hours to clean it after I did (which they charged me for) AND they charged me for filling any nail holes and a fresh coat of paint!! (which is usually assumed that every tenant hangs pictures - i have never been charged to have these holes filled!!!) Sketchy people from downtown are in the building on occasion as well, plus they left the garage door open one night and did NOT send out a notice to any of the tenants and a bunch of our cars got broken into. Also, the staff turnover rate happens frequently and to the point where they do not know the tenants. WOULD NOT recommend Centre Pointe Plaza.

I am coming up on 5 years living in this building. The office staff are an outstanding team, always very professional and always greet with a smile and cheerful hello when you walk by the office. The maintenance staff are very professional. Put in a request to have my dishwasher looked at as it has a small leak. I am getting a new dishwasher!!!! I am so excited. Anytime I have had an issue, it is looked after promptly and professionally. Only issue I have is other tenants who spill in the elevator and don't clean it up. I guess they are used to there mom's doing everything for them. I would and have recommended this building to family and friends.

I would first like to thank the office staff @ Centre Point Plaza Apartments, Alex & Shreeda for getting me situated into my new suite and for the both being professional & courteous. My stay so far has been very pleasant. The building itself has a lot to offer from Cozy one-bedrooms & two-bedrooms units which I happen to go with not to mention the unit itself is very spacious with a huge balcony with an incredible view of Regina and a decent size storage room and a nice walk-in closet for the master bedroom. And for amenities' there's a gym, indoor parking a laundry room and a huge visitation/Party room and a roof top patio with an amazing view of downtown and beyond. The building is clean and well kept and maintenance in the building is professional. the building is located downtown and is near Wascana park for close enjoyment and close to nearby restaurants and shopping stores, also the Cornwall center & mall. Also to mention the place is pet friendly :) I would recommend Centrepointe!

I wouldn't recommend living here. The positives are that the apartments are relatively cheap and there is indoor parking. The indoor parking is by far the best part of this place. The building itself is an older building and requires continuous maintenance as would be expected. They offer 6, 8, and 12 month lease terms. The office staff is unreliable and tough to get a hold of. The office often closed during hours of operation and the landlord doesn't carry a work cellphone with her. The landlord will also unlawfully remove 150$ and 75$ from the security deposit without notice for "carpet cleaning " and "general cleaning" respectively. The security deposit will take 30 days to be returned as it has to comes from the head office in Seatle. Lastly there's cockroaches in the building...
