a	akele 34 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On move in day, they handed over my apartment to me absolutely filthy! It seemed fine at walk-through but after I started actually moving in and opening cupboards and drawers, there was literally layers of sand in the kitchen cupboards, old garbage and popsicle sticks in the drawers. The cupboards were sticky to touch. Our feet became black from being barefoot on the floor that clearly wasn't washed. There was a big window that wouldn't close properly and being on the main level, I had asked them multiple times to come fix it as it's a security issue. They showed up after I gave my notice to move out... There was a hole in the ceiling and every time the person in the apartment above me showered, it literally poured water into my apartment. I also mentioned this to them many times and was never fixed while I lived there. They told me how much rent was going to be before I moved in and contract was signed for that much. Then after move in, they decided they were pro-rating the utilities and were charging me over $1000/mo for a 1 bedroom that was falling apart! Property manager came into my apartment one time unannounced and I was sitting at my table, looking at him mortified and he just said "Oh, I didn't think you'd be home!" Thank goodness there was no lease required. I stayed there 2 months total.

Like I told you that day please dispute it with the ort I go off what the manager tells us and info he gives it you were sent papers please file with ort ): lady office told me like this , she has no manner Also Smith st manager never received my call , not call back , no reply on my messages . Now I've been trying to call him for the last month. I have pictures of apartment, Your carpet was dirty in the apartment when we came to make the lease , also took a key .
G	Gianina Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Illegally taking money from us. We used to live in 323 Fines Dr for about a year. The reason why we moved their management system was so bad. We gave noticed to moved out mid April 2021 and we moved out May 30,2021. We are not informed that we need to gave notice to the main office about cancelling the pre authorized debit. On June 1st we were deducted thru pre authorized debit. We called and they told us they will cancel it. And again this July we were still got deducted AGAIN thru pre authorized debit and when we called and informed them the lady we talked was the one who was even mad and RUDE to us. Till now almost 2 weeks we still not getting the money back which they illegally should not be taking from us!!!

And we ask them if they can help us with the expenses because we rented another place since its more that a week now, but we get nothing. They dont even care!!!!

I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE HUSTLE OF COPS BEING CALLED ON YOU, FOR COMMENTING ON THE ISSUES WITH THE APPARTMENT. THEY TELL YOU TO VACATE THE PLACE AFTER TAKING YOUR RENT AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT WHICH YOU MAY NEVER GET BACK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE WITH A VICTIM MENTALITY!

I am having pest trouble into my unit and the management says that I have to pay the entire cost, I mean like whatttt...? I am going to call health department now. Do not ever rent this apartment.
