β β β β β every time I go to 7 11 in my neighborhood they are great this time at about 920 pm on June 12 I had the worst experience I've ever had they were rude to me I went to go put the nacho cheese on my hot dog and the man freaked out on me and told me to leave and this is a quality 711 and I should stay out of this one. I will not ever be returning to this store. disrespectful to me and my life partner I hope you guys get better staff then these ignorant people you have here. just because I wanted cheese on a hot dog . never again rude ignorant people and the food area was a mess

β β β β β Was suppose to get a free cups but got charged for it still. Sad how we earn these points but when we redeem them. We get charged! Second time this happened. Enjoy 7-11 but don't enjoy getting treated like that.

β β β β β Staff is good here, service is usually fast and efficient, I can't say that it's any cleaner than any other 7-11, but it's certainly no dirtier. Carry all the standard convenience store fare with nothing extra I could see. If you don't want to deal with panhandlers I'd recommend finding another place to go, after 10 you have to get buzzed into the store, I don't know how early in the morning they unlock the door.

β β β β β I have been a customer at this Broad st 711 for the past 20 yrs..The same manager and most staff are long term..they all know me and we have a great repore.. the only issue I have is the constant verbal abuse n asking n nagging from the panhandling bums outside..they are aggressive and my n others safety is a constant worry ?..5 stars for the Manager n his staff..keep up the good work..

β β β β β The staff are wonderful people they handle so much of problems thay they face every single day . People not respecting them and attacking them . Its not safe yet for them its unbelievable they has to come up with a new staff safety plan
Just yesterday after a day of making that review ^^^
A robbery have happened and the guu came to the staff station and werre in a dangerous situation whete they were fearing for there life . They have no door or a protected station like other stores this has to stop your responsibility to protect the workers and provide them with a safe space to work in . Im not happy about it

β β β β β The store was clean and looked nice inside. I popped in to get a slurpee for the hell of it since I haven't had one in like, 10 years or so. The banana flavoured Crush slurpee was pretty good - I wasn't expecting such a flavour in slurpee form!
Still, it was an unpleasant experience to shop here. There were a bunch of hobos and bikers loitering right outside. Some guy in distress came into the store begging for a phone to use, but the employee denied his request. I feel bad for the people working here; it must be pretty scary dealing with all sorts of riffraff. To be quite frank, I didn't feel safe here. I'm not sure how the store could improve on something like that, though.

β β β β β Cashiers are racist, I was on the way to work in General Hospital. Decided to buy wings for my peers, I bought 20 pcs, and they told me dipping sauce are not free for me. For real? 711 with racist cashiers? Nice.

β β β β β I especially enjoy running the gauntlet of panhandlers asking for smokes and change. And trying to explain what I want to the foreign cashiers who don't speak English. And the shoplifters are very unskilled and yelled at in Arabic. Good times!
