J	Joanne Speakman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality products. However, I felt very unwelcome in the store. An older gentleman working there watched me, even as I talked with another attendant. As I left, the older man held the door for me, didn't say good bye at all and instead studied my shoes with a judgemental look. It was disgusting. I wonder if I was treated in such an unfriendly manner because I'm visibly Indigenous. So I would suggest, if you are Indigenous, an ally, or if you want to feel like a valued customer, I'd avoid this store and try your luck somewhere else

Based on my recent experience. Bungled up a pre-order I had placed and now I would have lost my place in queue for receiving one. With chip shortages around the world it has become harder to source items and now I will have to find another shop. I could have continued to jump in queue and re-place again with this store (while not offering to honor my original date and spot I would have gotten), but I did not want to give them my money after the experience caused me to waste my time.

They charge the same as other places for low quality images (1545 x 1024 per image vs London Drugs and Rocket Reprographics at 1818 x 1228 per image at the same price) AND they charge you for a CD to put your photos on in addition to emailing you the digital scans. (I haven't owned a computer with a disc drive since 2012.) The customer service is also pretty lackluster. If you want your film developed well, with great and friendly customer service, go to Rocket Repro instead :)

I brought it in and Denny spent a good amount of time with me telling me what went wrong and showing me options for an exchange. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered every question I had. I started online but then had some questions about the product that were quickly answered on the phone. They went the extra mile to make me happy and I got my new D500 camera in record time by Canada Post. I'd definitely look here again for my future needs.
