Reminds me of my experience in Japan with Hokkaido cheesecake.. this Kerrisdale location is small together with Bobba boy.. but they have everything including tart, icecream and souffle cake. I would not recommend the Creme Brulee though, but the cheese tart is a must try. The cashier guy gave me detailed instructions about how you store it and not to eat it warm for best experience.. I really appreciate that. My new favorite dessert place now, would definitely come here often..

Amazing taste, freshly baked every hour, and not too sweet. Ice cream is new to Vancouver and it's got a different flavour. Must go back and definitely recommend it to everyone.

Regular cheese tart have great texture but a little too salty for my taste
Soft cheese tart wasn't my favorite. It was like eating yogurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in a small corner of a bubble tea cafe. There's no Castella banner visible outside. I had to look for street number.
If you love egg tarts but think hey are too sweet and you love cheese, you will definitely love those cheese tarts!
Fresh ones are constantly being baked in the oven. The baker told me most people prefer the texture after they cool down. I have to agree they do taste better after cooled.
Are you guys planning to open one near Surrey? Vancouver is kind of far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese tarts are soo yummy and best served warm ??. To enjoy them after dinner, we warmed them up in the oven before indulging. We will be back to try other delicious pastries.
The cheese tarts are packaged in a beautiful box.
