r	roysten fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to these guys to get just a simple oil change done and what happened next was that I now have a blown engine. The mechanic at the workshop apparently put excessive oil into the engine which resulted in the oil rings getting blown off. When contacted about this issue they directly denied having anything to do with it. I went to get a $ 40 oil change done and they ended up giving me a loss of $3000 because of their carelessness. They have to be one of the worst mechanics in this town. Beware of them!!

The dealer said the pump needed to be replaced, so I got a second opinion from Kelray and they told me that the pump was fine, I just needed to patch a leaky hose, which saved me a good amount of money. These guys are honest and their prices are fair, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
R	Robert Munson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our vehicle here for an oil change. My girlfriend was the one who brought it in. First of they told her that our car required around $2000 in repairs even though every single repair they recommended were things we had just had done a couple of weeks prior to seeing them. This already had upset me but I was not going to worry much about it. Now we went for an oil change to another shop recently and they said that our oil filter cap was not put back by the ones who previously did the work which was Kelray, and the quad 2 filters that were supposed to be used were not in fact quad 2 at all. We were told by this other shop that the previous shop had done a lot of harm to our vehicle. This combination of errors makes me really quite upset with the service we were provided. We also had our vehicle inspected and were told everything is looking good and that the repairs we had got done looked excellent and they were puzzled as to why Kelray would make claims of us requiring the repairs they stated.

This is a kind gesture, I will say this... given the level of service I have received I need nothing free to leave a great review for these folks. Kelly and Chris and the gang have never steered me wrong. Very fair rates, a very well equipped shop, safe overnight parking, small town laid back atmosphere. Most of all they are fair, provide great services and are honest. Do not hesitate to allow these folks to work on your vehicle, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Kel insisted that the "low km" replacement would be an acceptable engine, and that the EJ25 subaru engine didn't require the head gaskets to be changed. When my head gaskets were obviously blown a week later, these guys offered to "help me out" and not charge me for taking the engine back out of the car and put back in, since it's what I asked for when I brought it in but was talked out of. Instead of not charging me for the labour, they tacked the expense on their supply cost. The estimate worked out to the exact same price as having the subaru dealership fix the mistake for him. Absolute worst mechanic experience of my life, will never go back, no integrity, no standing behind their work, liars.

They are straightforward and honest with the customers and the shop is always kept clean and neat. They explain everything fully, always ask before doing anything that would result in an extra charge, and have quite competitive rates. These guys know their stuff and I won't go anywhere but KelRay for automotive work.
