★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner's son was pretty friendly and honest seeming when I was discussing what I needed. Understood me without trying to push me above my budget like car salesman tend to do. If just buying from them, I would recommend them, but I would not advise trading in to them. Had offered my 2005 Chevy Equinox that was worth $5,000 and have 160k only. They were only going to offer me $1000. I called BS on them, so he brought over his "car buyer" who then said "maybe $500". No body or major mechanical issues at all (actually got it safetied at their mechanics shop). Guy tried to tell me it is not worth more than $2000 to sell. When I pulled up average listing, selling price, and all that they all said $5,000-$6,000 for 220k KMs. He tried to explain how that's not in actuality.
I kind of laughed at him and said whatever. I thanked the other guy for his time, and left. I ended up selling my car privately for $4,000.

They provide outstanding service, they went above and beyond. They worked out with me for several days to get me into the vehicle I wanted without a hassle. A special thanks to Nas Mesho for being professional, patient and helpful. I definitely recommend WPM for anyone who’s getting a new car or trade-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was super helpful with getting me the car that I wanted. Donna was awesome, she was able to find me the best rate for my loan even with all my requests! Nas was so helpful, from the beginning to the end. A few days after there was an issue with my car, and they were quick to take it back in got it fixed within a day and set me up with a rental in the mean time. Very happy with the service I received from wmp and most importantly very happy with my new to me car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to write an honest review about my experience purchasing a vehicle from here last week.
If i could describe in one word what the financing process was like for me I would say "seamless".
Never have I experienced a process for a loan or financing that went so smoothly. I literally did the first step over the phone in less than 6 minutes at the end of the business day. By morning I got the call saying I was approved. I just had t bring in a copy of my drivers license and a void cheque, then sign a couple papers and this beautiful car was mine! From start to finish it didn't take more than 15 minutes. I've really never been more satisfied with buying a vehicle.
The facilities are top of the line and spotless. You get a real sense of professionalism when you walk in the doors. It felt good being there.
There is literally everything a person needs on that lot for all you vehicle needs..Car lot, mechanic shop, body shop etc...They helped me sell my old vehicle too.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. That made me feel really secure. I will bring my car here for everything.
I would highly recommend Western Motor Products to anyone and everyone.
