★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When looking for an accountant for our taxes last year we were recommended by friends to go to Lorne at HNG. We called first because my wife needs to file a USA tax return as well and we wanted to make sure they could do both. We were told that they handle our taxes and he has a college that handles the USA return and he would work with him to get that done. We received our Canadian returns and were happy with that but have never received the USA return. We have followed up with phone calls etc for the last year and never a good excuse as to why they were not done. Still haven't been able to get my wife's tax documents back for her USA return. We will never be using this firm again and I would not recommend to anyone because of the lack of customer service.
