He followed up and made the whole experience friendly and easy. Offered me a super fair price for my trade in too! Big shout out to Josh in finance who put in the work to make sure I was getting the best rate possible. Jennifer the Chrysler rep also followed up throughout the whole experience to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely felt welcome and cared for by the whole team. From the very start, Jordan Wasyliw from Auto Clearing was more than helpful in exceeding my expectations, and overall made my experience here exceptional. Jordan did his very best at finding me a vehicle that had almost everything I was looking for while sticking within my budget. His honesty, efficiency and desire to go above and beyond to make his customers happy is what makes him and this dealership stand out from all the rest.
Even months later I have had him reach out to me to ensure everything is going well, that I am still happy with my purchase, as well as to extend the offer to contact him if I ever need anything in the future!
I wanted to wait a few months before writing this review to ensure I felt the same way as the day I left with my vehicle. Rest assured, my feelings have not changed and I am still thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received by Jordan at Auto Clearing. I have now owned my Jeep for roughly 4.5 months and I have had absolutely zero problems with it, other than the fact that I am addicted to driving it!
