β β β β β I don't do my nails often, as I previously only got my nails done for special occasions. But Kay makes me want to do this regularly. She is so good! She pays attention to details and her nail arts are impeccable. Today is only my second time getting my nails done at Kay Nail Atelier but I honestly am not going anywhere else. The service is beyond expectation! The place is very clean, and everyone is truly friendly. They care so much about customer's comfort and experience, and most importantly even after a month, not a single chip on my nails. The longest lasting nails I've had done! Thank you Kay and team!

β β β β β Absolutely love Kay Nail Atelier. Kay is such a professional, she knows what sheβs doing! Her shop is well organized and clean under the right Covid restrictions. Also the location is nice, i think there is a parking lot just right in front of this atelier. This is my second time here and i will definitely come back later.
Oh and the customer service is also amazing:)

Pedi was awful! Super thick and totally ruined the same day! Despite being at the place for over 1.5h the nails never dried and some toes are not even painted. I had to re do them myself!

β β β β β Very disappointing. I will never get my nails done here. I found a design from their Instagram and asked if I could get it done. The lady said I could but her appointment was full so I have to get this done with another technician. I asked again if she will be available to do the design that I had and she said all the technicians are available. Guess what? No.. Even the technician who was helping me said that she cannot find the exact color because Kay(another technician) did the design in a different salon. Which false information was given to me. Also, the cuticles aren't clean, the finishing edge was incomplete, gel color was on my hand so I had to scrub off. The discount was only $15 (removal fee) and I still had to pay $60 for this. I get upset whenever I see my nails. See the photos for detail. The design that I had was the Instagram photo (which was on their Instagram) and the photo that I took was done by them. It was waste of my time, gas, and money.

β β β β β Iβve been going to Kay for a few months now for gel polish manicures and pedicures. These are the longest lasting manicures and pedicures I have ever had. I just went a month without a single chip in my manicure. I donβt know what she does but it is very good quality. She also has a wide selection of polish options that are unique and beautiful. This month Iβm trying out a watercolour design that combines three different colours. I havenβt seen the options she has elsewhere. Highly recommend.
