We booked appointments not only for ourselves but for my inlaws from overseas and we were all very impressed with the expertise and level of care shown to us. When I had my appointment. The dr was amazing and funny. Educated me, was so helpful. I didn't spend a lot and it took within a few weeks to get my glasses. Fully satisfied customer here.

Brian and Sam are so welcoming and make the whole experience quite enjoyable. As soon as I arrived, Sam asked to look at my glasses and tightened them up and readjusted them- without me even asking. It was well appreciated! During my prescription check- Brian kept me laughing and took his time ensuring I had the right prescription for me. Do not hesitate to choose Kawartha Lake Optometry!!

I was a student at Trent University last year, after my old glasses broke a couple months before I took a chance on Kawartha Lakes Optometry. The headaches were terrible. I walked in by chance on Thursday, got an appointment next day. Dr. Yeung was incredible. Made me very comfortable, was attentive, engaged and - most importantly - patient. He courteously answered my questions and I left feeling taken care of.
Sam helped me pick glasses that suit my face and speak to my sense of style. I went back on Monday to collect my glasses. Honestly. still shocked by the great service.
