★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was busy yet one employee visited with her friend and a young baby while I waited 80 minutes for a "five minute repair". The replacement arm for my glasses took six weeks to come in, I was lucky that I had a spare pair of glasses. Don't waste your money on Transitions lens for your glasses. They do not work as advertised, you will still need sunglasses for driving. The lens turn dark quickly but can take 15+ minutes to become clear. Do not use Nelms directions for cleaning your glasses, you will put very fine scratches on the lens which after a few years require you to replace your glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Nelm's for all my eye care and frames needs for years. They have amazing service and can take care of anything you need. I can also go in any time to get my glasses adjusted. Would highly recommend checking them out for your new frames or eye check ups!

The lady with the pony tail on to of her head made things worse for my mother and than when i went back to talk to her about what had happened she wouldn't come out but she send the guy to brush me off. She also told me that it was impossible to get an eye exam doe to the doctors strike bit i went somewhere also and they did it right away. To me their customer service sucks. I whole family ise to think very highly of Nelms but after todaythat is all gone. It only takès one bad experience to ruined everything.
I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN TO ANYONE. .

They were able to fit us in at the last minute to get a critical eye exam done, so that my husband could get his A license in time for our holiday. We had no idea he needed glasses that badly, and not only did they fit him in but they got him his glasses in an hour after his appointment. Really great service, lots of things to do while you wait. The Dr, the receptionist, and the service and sales people were all excellent. Thank you so much! We really appreciated you going above and beyond!

These lady's were very helpful and honest and very knowledgeable , very friendly atmosphere , was able pick out a pair of glasses that day with Shawna and Victoria's help and advice , would definitely recommend this place , Nelms , looking forward to picking up my glasses !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went for our eye exam tonight at Nelms. Fantastic experience, we were treated with respect and made to feel very welcome. The front desk staff, Brian, Kirsten, Christine and Teri have all served us in the past and tonight, as always, were very helpful. We bought two new pair of glasses, the staff helped my daughter pick a beautiful frame, that fit well, and a fantastic case. I have one very happy little girl. Thank you Nelms and we look forward to recieving our new glasses once they are made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to look at glasses, he offered to tighten mine. Broke both arms, said he couldn’t help me to get parts cause I didn’t buy them there. Sent me away. Horrible business practice do not use.
