★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stopped by another glasses store in the mall and was quoted almost $500 for a single vision and frame. I had already left when I decided to check reviews online and found OPTIMAX.
I am glad I went back. The experience was very positive. Victoria was absolutely friendly and helpful. She was not looking to make a sale but to genuinely help based on my needs.
The prices were very affordable and less than half of what I was previously charged at the other store.
Absolutely recommending this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get my prescription sunglasses fixed. They gladly fixed and were very friendly and polite as well as made it so the screw holding the lens in would stay. When I offered to pay they declined any payment . Best experience I've had in a long time. Sincerely appreciated,

I had a pair of sunglasses that I had actually purchased elsewhere (years ago) that needed a new screw so I figured I would ask them if they could help. Not only did they not charge me but both the women I spoke with were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase a new set of glasses and highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Victoria went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special and to make sure she got the glasses she wanted. My daughter was so grateful and impressed that she made a picture for Victoria that still hangs on their wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my new glasses there. They have tons of great frames, and as an indecisive person I wasn't sure which frame to get.
Aidan really helped me narrow down my options based on my preferences (design, durability etc.), and upon pick up he kindly made minor adjustment for more comfort, and Erin was also helpful and understanding over emails.
I'm usually very careful with any purchase, because when I buy something I try to use it for 10+ years.
So who I buy things from really mattered to me. And I'm happy I found OPTIMAX Vision, and I'd recommend anyone to go there.
