Staff is very friendly and they work with you.What ever your eye are needs are Dr Fernando and staff are there to help .i have had both eye exams done here with great results,and have had them fix my eyeglasses for me twice .Was welcomed with opened arms each time . Thanks for your friendly staff and service .

Just recently purchased two pair of eye glasses from Dr. Fernando EyeCare located at 811 Chemong Rd. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. Quality Customer Service during the pandemic is hard to find. Thank you for your time and patience.

I purchased three pairs of glasses from this store two years ago for my wife , daughter, and myself. My daughter of 16 at the time picked out the most expensive pair they sold and we were shamed for that by the staff. Since we purchased the most expensive pair they have been back to the store a dozen times to be repaired. The arms continue to fall off wit the promise it will not happen again. My wife now has two different arms on her glasses and when she went in the last time for a repair she bumped into her uncle who was also there for another repair on his glasses. He was also expressing how he had been back several times for repairs. As for myself if you look further down if it has not been deleted I already gave them a bad review a year ago for the trouble they put me through. Funny thing is I received a letter from them a few weeks back stating I am no longer allowed to shop there after my wife called them to ask a question about my glasses. They explained that I was no longer welcome because of my previous review. I do have it if anyone would like me to share. I am sure We are not the only people dealing with such terrible service and products. I hope this helps.

Dr. Fernando was very thorough and friendly during my exam. His staff are committed to making you feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. I was able to get my glasses in less than a week! Fantastic!

I had my eyes tested here a couple weeks ago, Everyone was nice and very helpful. And my glasses came in pretty fast as well. They are great quality as well. I will be going back in the future to get more glasses and for eye exams.

Friendly helpful staff in a clean environment who really do their best to ensure a comfortable experience getting eye tests and picking the right glasses out for my partner. Will be recommending to the friends and family after our exceptional experience.

My initial review was rather cold and I have since reviewed what I recieved as a patient and have changed my review. Initially I was frustrated because I had thought I was going for a Full Eye Exam and was receiving a prescription that I could not only use at this location but others. While that's partially the case you would think a pupillary distance measure may be something easy & perhaps recommended specification to add to my list... Again I paid $120.00 for a "full eye examination" My prescription even has PD on the paper but is blank. I had called after and unfortunately was met with some miscommunication & I felt personally like the receptionist was rude, but Dr. Fernando was quick to apologize and make up for what was a bad experience. Although I still have yet to get my PD, I was graciously welcomed back into the store for a future eye exam. A couple things I took from this. It never hurts to ask questions. It never hurts to inform your clients even if they already know To be clear and comprehensive on all charges & additional measures you might need to set your client up in the future Apology accepted, but I think this experience ruined it for me, and I don't feel like I could come back. Not after that phone call.
