★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before starting Vibration Therapy I was very stiff and sore with knots and sore muscles and joints in those pressure point areas. Usually when I go for a massage during this time it is very tender and sore. I was on Vibration for only 2 weeks so maybe 6 sessions and then went for a massage. To my surprise the sore spots I thought I had were now pretty much non existent. I strongly feel that the vibration therapy has loosened my musles up and helped the inflamation in those areas! I have also been using the Infared Sauna and leaving the centre feeling less stressed and much more relaxed. Thanks Kari.. love the centre and look forward to your contined growth and success!
