I chose the 6 week package and saw/felt immediate results. Tammy is flexible, no waiting 2-3 weeks for your next therapy appointment where you don't even feel like talking or can't remember where you left off. We met weekly at times that worked and were not difficult to slot into daily life. I believe that hypnotherapy is so much more efficient and effective than traditional therapy. Once I was able to have an open mind and actually give it a honest chance, I noticed that I was making all sorts of positive changes in my life. I am very uncomfortable talking about how I feel which is why I really enjoyed hypnotherapy. It gave me a chance to work with Tammy without having to to repeat story after story to fill her in on my whole life. Hypnotherapy is great for people like me because you don't really have to share much, Tammy will say all the right things to build healthy habits, force you to reflect on yourself, understand the source of your anxieties and so much more without you having to talk for hours. You can sort it out in your own head and that is what I really loved about it.
