★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok pond to fish, but too much restrictions. As a stocked trout pond, you can catch but not keep if older than 14 years old. No bait unless 13 years or younger. Barbless hook too, sign says it all. Whatever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely park just up the hill from the river. Walking trails take you around a couple ponds, then down along the river. Numerous playing fields in and adjacent to Mitford Pond. There's also a stage. Fenced dog off-leash park at the south end of Mitford area.
