★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From may long weekend till half way through june it is great but after that it is over fished and very full of seaweed. Never been checked for a fishing license or seen conservation officers around which i think is a bad thing as people take far more then the limit and take the fun away from this spot.

Pros: close to the city; clean; makes for a good place to learn/practice casting and other fishing techniques; you can cast from all sides of the twin ponds
Cons: no washrooms close by; parking is limited; can be overfished fast; no shade when it is hot out; dirt road leading to it
Recommendations: go late afternoon when the sun is not that hot; use the washroom bedore you come fishing
