7-Eleven - Cochrane

Good staff however the carwash leaves lots to be desired. I went for a combo wash today and afterwards I still had bug guts all over my windshwind. Very disappointing. When I called their phone number to tell them the number was disconnected.

I enjoy going to 7/11. I go atleast twice a week. I live very close and it is my favorite convenience store in Cochrane. There is Man named Apol that works there. He is a very kind, postive, friendly, thoughtful and outstanding employee. He treats me like an old friend and I'm always happy to goto 7/11 when he is working. I do consider him my buddy and it's a pleasure to drop by for a visit. Their slurpees are the best in town! I recommend the cream soda, or cappuccino flavor. Keep up the good work! I love this store! I will keep coming for as long as I can. The point system is great too! I like saving money on snacks and treats. Thanks for the continuous fantastic service!

Terrible customer service. I asked to borrow a pen and the cashier refused, citing COVID rules and regulations. If the COVID rules are that careful that I can’t borrow a pen and he can wipe it down after, then why is this store open? Shouldn’t it be closed? I don’t believe for one second that the employers have gloves on at all times. I won’t be back, I’ll purchase my washer fluid elsewhere and not at this inconvenient store.

Adding to my previous review (below) and changing it from 3 stars to 1: Not long after posting my original review I went back to again buy milk. I experienced the same issue. When I said the advertised price was lower than the scanned price the clerk said "but it scanned at this price". I again said you have to sell it at the price it's being advertised at which point the manager (?) came over. He made a comment that "perhaps the label was switched". I'm not sure what he meant, but it felt like he was accusing me of switching the pre-printed labels so that I would save 0.20. After this I took my money elsewhere. This past weekend, I thought I'd try again thinking that it's been months and clearly they'd worked the kinks out. Nope. I was purchasing ONE, 2L carton of milk. That's it. My total at the register was $14.78. It didn't even phase the clerk that my total for ONE carton of milk came to almost $15. So I looked at the screen and saw I was being charged for something that was 8.99, AND that the milk had scanned higher than the advertised price. I told the clerk I was being charged for something I wasn't buying and that the milk scanned at the wrong price. They removed whatever had been scanned, without an apology or explanation, and ignored my comment about the milk. I again said the milk scanned at the wrong price. This seemed to annoy them as they went to check the label. I told them not to worry about it, that I'll go somewhere else. TAKE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE, and if you continue to shop here, ALWAYS COMPARE THE ADVERTISED PRICE to the price that is scanning at the till, and make sure you're not being charged for items you're not buying. (Original review, a year ago) Clean store, friendly staff. One word of caution: Check the prices of the items you are buying and then make sure they scan at the price they are advertised. It has happened to me twice now where the sticker price is less than the scanned price ($5.49 for 4L 1% milk, scans at $5.69 and $3.19 bag of candy, scans at $3.29). The most recent occurrence I showed the clerk the price, they removed and scanned the label (aka sticker) and it still scanned at $3.29 even though it said $3.19. Clerk tried telling me that the price changed implying that I had to pay $3.29. This is not the case and retailers cannot do this; the price on the sticker is the amount that you pay.

Ordered on Skip the Dishes, and they used my personal phone number to sign me up for their rewards program without asking me. Now I receive unwanted text message offers from them, and don't know how to cancel.

Dropped my box of 10 piece wings right outside the store by the pumps, and usually with every other store, they have the courtesy to replace the pieces at no cost. NOT THIS PLACE. not considerate and helpful. All I was told was 'ITS MY LOSS". IF I could rate a zero I would

Our first 7-11! Finally! Love the lighting for car pics, love the free slurpees, and staff is super helpful. Hot food items were all fully stocked, and store was kept nice and clean.
